At Rubicon Capital, Jerry played a pivotal role in sourcing and funding deals ranging from $2 to $100 million, with a focus on the tech, biotech, and medical sectors. His leadership and strategic acumen have earned him a reputation as one of the most connected dealmakers in the Intermountain West.

Before his tenure at Rubicon Capital, Jerry served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Sorenson Capital, where he identified proprietary business ventures and established himself as a prominent figure in private equity investing.

Jerry's career began at Amgen, where he held various roles over a 17-year span, including Corporate Account Manager and Manager of Government Sales. His ability to drive revenue and forge strategic partnerships has been a consistent theme throughout his career.
