Michelle Reitan is a Managing Director at CX, a Connor Group Company, and is located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area. Michelle is a global transformation leader with over twenty years of experience leading Finance Shared Services initiatives driving large-scale finance transformation and centralization. She is recognized for her ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce costs, enhance quality, and increase productivity. Michelle’s competencies include cross-functional team leadership, M&A integration strategy, RPA implementation, and global operational oversight. She has been recognized for her strategic thinking, vendor/client relations, financial operations, and her project management skills.  

Her expertise in enterprise finance is developing and delivering high visibility projects vital to organizational turnaround. She has led numerous M&A integration efforts to introduce shared services to newly acquired companies.

Prior to CX, she has led finance transformation initiatives at multiple Fortune 500 global organizations which resulted in significant cost savings and centralized customer service operations. Her strategic planning and negotiation skills have led to contract term savings and improved operational efficiencies. Michelle has been responsible for managing the full book of Finance business, with emphasis on transactional optimization, payroll, tax, treasury, cash control, post audit, vendor support, transforming accounts into full-service global accounts, and developing innovative solutions for customers through automation.
