Andrew Jenkins

Andrew Jenkins is the Head of Recruiting at CX, a Connor Group Company, and is based in the Salt Lake City area. With over five years of experience at Connor Group, Andrew has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy and building high-performing teams.

In his current role, Andrew leads the recruiting efforts for CX, focusing on identifying top talent and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. His passion for recruiting led him to transition into this role full-time, where he has thrived in connecting exceptional candidates with rewarding career opportunities at Connor Group.

Prior to his role in recruiting, Andrew served as a Manager in Managed Services at Connor Group, where he gained valuable experience in accounting and finance. During this time, he had the opportunity to contribute to various projects while honing his skills in team leadership and client management.

Before joining Connor Group, Andrew worked in assurance at Deloitte, where he gained extensive experience working with clients in the technology, biotech, manufacturing, and utility industries. His time at Deloitte provided him with a solid foundation in audit and accounting principles, preparing him for his subsequent roles in the accounting field.

He is committed to continuous learning and development, both personally and professionally, and is dedicated to helping individuals achieve success in their careers. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active in the community.
